I feature several group classes throughout the month. The best way to keep up with the times/locations is on my Facebook page. My HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts involve periods of intense activity followed by periods of low intensity active movement or complete rest. It’s a great way to burn fat and have fun with friends!
