I am so excited to offer “The Chronic” program, an 8-12 week program which primarily focuses in on the long-term journey to healing and feeling better. The ultimate goal is to eliminate disease and to have symptom free days. Chronic conditions are those diseases which linger and have persistent, long-lasting effects that occur over a period of time. Examples of those who may be interested in completing this program include those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, stroke, asthma, arthritis, cancer or an autoimmune disease. If this is you – I want to help! Life is precious and there are ways I can help you feel like yourself again.
My program includes:
- Supportive supplementation and nutritional programs that will provide you with the environment that is critical to heal.
- Fitness programs that support healing of chronic disease by decreasing symptoms and “sick days”.
- Improve overall Quality of Life (QOL) and disease state outcomes. Decrease doctor and hospital visits.
- Provide personalized program based off medical history (Present/Past).
Just like the acute program, we are going to focus on giving the body the tools it needs to better heal whatever disease state you are facing.
What is a disease state? What does it mean?
To start, lets change the mindset around disease shall we? The first step to understanding what disease truly is, is to break down the word…DIS-EASE (not at ease). The opposite of disease is happiness, success, strength, vibrancy, healthy and FITness.
Moving forward the word disease will be replaced with the term medical condition. Medical condition implies a temporary state that promotes more hope and belief that complete healing is truly possible! The TRUTH is IT IS!
Any medical condition has the potential to be healed if you are truly 100 percent committed to the process and the energy it will take to achieve this incredible, attainable goal. Let me help get you back on the path to health!
