This 6-week program focuses on decreasing and alleviating symptoms for acute disease states primarily caused by inflammation. What do I mean by acute? A disease or its symptoms which have a short duration but are typically severe. Some of short term conditions may include injuries, surgery, colds, allergies, or the flu. You aren’t alone – I want to help you conquer these conditions and get you on your way to health and happiness!
What Does It Entail?
- Eliminating certain food groups for a short period of time and introducing whole foods to heal and decrease inflammation to lessen symptoms.
- Providing correct supplementation and nutrition plans to reduce the need for prescription medication.
- Fitness/Movement Routines that will help reduce pain and symptoms quickly. I will teach you how to stretch and recover properly to enhance all fitness routines.
- Use my background in pharmacy to look at what medications you might be taking so I can better understand how to help you heal properly.
Our bodies are made to heal and they want to do just that if we give them the right tools (i.e. fitness/movement, nutrition and positive mindset/belief) to do so.
