My Story Rachel Gregg
Hi there, I am Dr. Rachel Gregg! Throughout my many years of being both a pharmacist and a personal trainer, I have had the opportunity to see both sides of the medical profession. I have graduated with my Doctorate Degree in pharmacy in 2004 from Albany College of Pharmacy. I worked in the retail pharmacy world for 10 years at Wegmans. In December of 2013, I started All the Rage Fitness and Health and passed my exam to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) in May of 2014.
Why the switch? I found I much preferred the proactive approach to health that food, fitness and a positive mindset provides. I have had the opportunity to help people just like you find their healthiest version of themselves, and it is so rewarding!
My unique approach is to help people find a better way to health without sole reliance on pharmaceuticals. I want to find the root cause of your sickness/disease and grow in health from there. My focus is to find the balance with mind, body and spirit using food, fitness and fun as the catalyst for transformation to a healthy lifestyle.
The beauty of each of my programs is that you are fully supported. Whether you are a local client, or live further away, I am here to keep you on track with the accountability you need. Each of my wellness programs are personalized for your unique health goals. I honor the differences each of my clients present, to meet you where you are at on your health journey in order to give you tools to succeed. I truly believe that we all deserve to have a life full of positivity, vitality and strength. Each one of you have the power to make this happen and it starts by the small choices you make each day.
